April in the Rockies

As my dear Australian friend Melinda would say, "Just going to have a bit of a  whinge..."  I am on Spring Break and this is what it looks like at my house today.  Please note the size of the snow flakes in the photo.  Ughhhhhhh.  So ready for warm weather and it is supposed to snow or rain all week.  Yuck!  Such is life in the Rocky Mountains.
Hoping the weather is better when I travel to Denver for my classes this weekend and hoping many of you are experiencing better weather!

Thank you for your sympathy - LOL.

And you reckon I should visit in the middle of winter... no bloomin' way my dear friend. It's gonna have to be the height of summer or never!
I think you should take up Aphra's suggestion and head out in your swim suit and gumboots. Bwahaha... that would be worth scrapping. :)

The snow is due to hit here tomorrow. I feel your pain! I just barbecued tonight and went without a jacket today. Back to freezing temps tomorrow. What's it they say about April "showers"??
